Need to drown their sorrows Angels fans? Now you can do so with taste! Redlands-based craft brewery Hangar 24 adds itself to the stadium’s alcoholic lineup, according to The Press-Enterprise. Hangar 24 is one of two breweries being added to the concession stands, hinting that management is starting to be a little more selective after the massive letdown known as first baseman Albert Pujols. Hangar 24 suds will be added due to an overwhelming response from fans, Angels staff claims, because heaven forbid they watch their team suffer while sober. Rest assured, you can now head up to the Diamond Club, the Knot Hole Club and Gate 2 and drink until Pujols starts looking better—er we mean seem like a better investment. This isn’t the brewery’s first foray into baseball—Hangar 24 is also supplying the minor-league homes of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, the Lake Elsinore Storm and the San Bernardino-based Inland Empire 66ers. At least now the brewery gets to work for a real sports team. Fans will now be able to enjoy Orange Wheat and an Amarillo Pale Ale while the chances of their team getting into the Worlds Series becomes a swing and a miss. Drink up—you’re in for a long, painful season.
