The Pechanga chefs are pulling out all the stops to make sure that you get the tastiest, spiciest, most gut-wrenchingly delicious chili of your life. If you need to recover from the damage done to your intestines, Pechanga has the science covered for you. Spicy chili (a strong acid) can be cancelled out by a strong base and there is no stronger base than a good beer. Satiate your senses by picking out your favorite drink from a large variety of microbreweries on site. Good chili, great beer and you learned something new about chemistry today.
