Who would you cast your vote for as the Best Supporting Actress? Do you like the classic comedy of Cameron Diaz or would you rather walk on the wild side with the sexy and dangerous Angelina Jolie? Maybe you prefer the newer names in Hollywood like Sofia Vergara or Kristen Stewart? I can tell you right now that even with all of your experienced years of staying glued to reality TV shows and always keeping a watchful, hawk-like paparazzi eye while wandering the town, it will not help you to figure out who this Best Supporting Actress is. Would you believe me if I told you that there was a Best Supporting Actress out there that isn’t even a woman? It may sound hard to believe, but before you go hit up twitter demanding answers, I’ll tell you who it is. It’s actually a new band that has its full and official lineup of four members; and all of them are dudes. The songs I’ve heard were from its three-piece days but the acoustic guitar was rockin’ with vocals reminiscent of Fall Out Boy—especially in the song “Rock Bottom.” Another song that the band has is called “Still.” This song is slow and hypnotic with vocals that just draw you in. The melodies do a great job of working off of each other to flow seamlessly from verse to chorus. It is self proclaimed as “a rock indie band with some folk influence.” The only way to find out what that really sounds like is to get off the couch and check ‘em out.
