Even more crazy though is that the UN isn’t the only group or person to agree with that research. Check out a “bug chef” named David George Gordon (author of The Eat-a-Bug Cookbook and interviewee with Sierra) who likens bugs on the nutritional scale to that of chicken, beef, pork and fish.
Curious? It’s a food that you can’t really undercook and yeah, maybe Gordon’s dishes like the Three Bee Salad, Scorpion Scaloppine or something of the sort might actually tasty good. If you’re into crunchy food, that is!
