_Bite Me LogoFood recalls are pretty common, the news just doesn’t always reach the general public. Many of us were downing Naked Juices weeks ago, until there was a massive recall regarding incorrect labeling (and a hefty fee for the company). Now Williams-Sonoma is recalling a line of sauces due to undeclared allergens(in the flavors of: Meyer Lemon Braising Base, 40-Clove Garlic Chicken Braising Base, Tagine Sauce and Artichoke Pecorino Sauce). According to the California Department of Public Health, the presence of milk, soy and wheat in these items was cause for the recall.

32-1 Williams Sonoma sauce recallFortunately these items are exclusive to Williams-Sonoma stores, the only one in the IE is at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga. Good, we don’t want your fancy-pants sauces anyway. Or your delicious pastry and breakfast mixes. Or the Star Wars cookie cutters and pancake molds.
