The Magnificence of Maple Syrup

_Bite Me LogoAcross the country, numerous states are reporting widespread freezing temperatures, snow-days and other icy details. Americans are complaining about the dip in temperature while Canada is laughing at our inability to deal with a real winter. I’m pretty sure that that they have something we don’t: Legit maple syrup, and plenty of it!


Recently a recipe contest was held, called “Think Outside the Griddle,” which was hosted by the Federation of Quebec Maple Syrup Producers. Utilizing the deliciously sticky maple syrup, contestants submitted original, “one-pot” recipes to create interesting and creative ways to repurpose leftovers. Ladies and gentlemen, here are some amazing recipes that are bound to keep you warm.
