Events
Deadline for event submissions is Thursday, 5 p.m. the week prior to publication on Wednesday. Please include street address, neighborhood and phone number for events. Submissions must be emailed to calendar@ieweekly.com.

Band Submissions
Please send all music submissions to esenn@ieweekly.com.

Internship Programs
We offer part-time internships year round.

Editorial: As an editorial intern you will be expected to handle calendar listings and event previews. You will also have the opportunity to write for our print publication and website. Editorial interns are expected to know basic AP Style and have a background in journalism.

Photography: As a photography intern you will be expected to cover a range of live events. You will also have the opportunity to hone your skills in studio shoots, product shots, portraits and more. Photography interns are expected to have their own equipment and be available to take on assignments outside of the office.

To apply send a cover letter detailing your interest in IE Weekly and journalism, please also include in your cover letter which internship program interests you, a resume and three to five writing samples to esenn@ieweekly.com.
